Rum Cocktails
for any Occasion

DARK N' STORMY
Ingredients
50ml Sea Nymph Rum
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
5ml Blackcurrent cordial
100ml Ginger Beer (fiery is always better)

Method
Place all ingredients into a Highball or Collins Glass, over loads of ice, stir gently and finish with a garnish of lime and pineapple

PINA COLADA
Ingredient
120ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Sea Nymph Rum
60ml Coconut Cream
A Squeeze of Lime Juice
with a wedge of pineapple, lime to garnish

Method
Place all ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and finish with a garnish of pineapple and lime.

Pirates of the Cream Soda
Ingredients
35ml Sea Nymph Rum
50ml American Cream Soda
125ml Pineapple / Grapefruite Soda

Method
A nice easy one here!!
Pour all the ingredients in to a hiball glass over ice, give it a quick stir with straw and garnish with pineapple and grapefruit
